It’s time to take control of how your block is managed
Even if you’re not the Freeholder/Landlord of the property you live in, as owners, you have the power to take control of how your building is managed thanks to ‘The Right to Manage’ legislation.
Qualifying criterion
The property must be a structurally detached building or self contained part of a building
At least two-thirds of the flats in the building must me leasehold – with leases that were for more than 21 years when they were granted
At least 75% of the building must be residential
