Right to Manage

It’s time to take control of how your block is managed

Even if you’re not the Freeholder/Landlord of the property you live in, as owners, you have the power to take control of how your building is managed thanks to ‘The Right to Manage’ legislation.

Qualifying criterion

The property must be a structurally detached building or self contained part of a building

At least two-thirds of the flats in the building must me leasehold – with leases that were for more than 21 years when they were granted

At least 75% of the building must be residential

Give us a call, or leave us a message,
we’d love to chat with you about your building.
